Name one thing a person can do to control what they do or
eat if they think they’re obese. I say (in my own opinion) make a daily
schedule and go by it day by day. I have come to realize that people can do
anything if they just put their minds to it. Making a daily schedule that you
will go by day by day and you know for sure that you are able to follow it 100%
is the best way to start off your exercise part of the diet. I’m not saying
start a schedule that has to last for six months straight, but at least
something that last for 6 weeks from the start. I’m only saying do something as
small as, jog around the back yard, 20 sit ups a day, or even squats. You know,
do something that is considered exercise rather than sitting around doing
nothing for a whole day. Some may say, “I don’t know what type of schedule to
make”, well I will give you an example of one, and in fact it is very simple,
nothing fancy.

The above example is what type of
schedule I would go by and make sure that it has everything in it that you’re
going to be able to go by and not skip any days, that’s why I say, “Start off
SIMPLE”. I’m not asking to put so much on yourself that you can’t handle the
pressure. Never wear yourself out to the point that will make yourself give up
on your goal. You should never give up on your goal if you are really trying
hard to achieve the goal. In order to reach the goal you will have to leave the
negativity behind you. Things such as: I like the schedule thing because it’s
very helpful but it doesn’t make sense. (Antithesis) , or
try to tell someone else about it and stops in the middle of the
sentence without fully explaining how
helpful it really is. Example: I love the schedule because…. Hey I remember you
from the Making a Schedule Tutorial. (Aposiopesis) , I need your attention, I need
everyone’s attention, this is a quick tutorial of how to make a daily schedule
where it can be accurate. (Anadiplosis)
